WINTER ACCOMODATION RESOURCE MOVEMENT
WARM Inc. (Winter Accommodation Resource Movement Inc.) is a community-led, not-for-profit organisation providing a safe, welcoming winter shelter for people experiencing homelessness.
Each year during the colder months, we open our doors to offer more than a bed, we provide warmth, dignity, nourishment, and connection. Guests are welcomed with compassion and supported to access practical help, including housing referrals, mental health care, addiction support, employment pathways, and legal assistance.
We believe that no one should be left out in the cold, and that compassion and community can change lives.

Meet The Team
Fr Stephen Monsiegneur
Chair of WARM Inc. and Vicar at St Peter’s Anglican Church, Bundoora Stephen has a background in nursing including mental health and peri-operative care. He also brings extensive experience in disaster management and a compassionate, community-focused approach to his leadership. Stephen is passionate about creating welcoming, accessible spaces where everyone feels a sense of belonging and connection. Outside of his work, he enjoys a good conversation, especially if it involves Star Trek or Doctor Who.
Chris Lombardo
Treasurer of WARM Inc. and is an experienced leader in the community sector and a dedicated advocate for social justice. She has worked extensively across not-for-profit organisations and adult education, supporting programs in children’s services, social enterprise, and community development. Chris is passionate about creating fair and inclusive opportunities for all, guided by her belief that everyone deserves a fair go. Her contribution to the Darebin community was recognised with the 2020 Darebin Citizen of the Year Award.
Adele McBride
Secretary of WARM Inc. and a longstanding community advocate with deep roots in the Darebin area. She has worked in community engagement and stakeholder roles within government services for over three decades, supporting local communities across a range of social and economic issues. Adele is actively involved in the local community through her roles on the Reservoir Neighbourhood House and PRACE boards. She is passionate about addressing inequality and believes strongly in the power of collective action to create positive change
Louise Kenney-Shen
Assistant Secretary of WARM Inc. and works in community advocacy and government engagement. She is deeply embedded in the local community, serving on the Reservoir Neighbourhood House Board, a local football club board, and her local school council, and is actively involved in grassroots food relief across Preston and Reservoir. Louise brings lived experience that informs her commitment to practical, community-led support, alongside experience in public policy, communications and stakeholder engagement. She values loyalty, camaraderie and strong community connections, and is driven by a belief in showing up for people when it matters most.
Caitlin Monsiegneur
Marketing coordinator of WARM Inc. helping to raise awareness of the organisation, and their mission. Currently completing a Master's of Marketing and Digital Communications at Monash University, Caitlin is passionate about using strategic marketing to strengthen community engagement and help WARM connect with people, volunteers, and supports who make it all possible.
